Managed in the third generation, the company is in strong growth. Since the existing company headquarters does not offer capacity for the further development of the company, a modern, sustainable and future-oriented company location was developed together with the Brunner family.

The planned administration building with warehouse and production hall is a 3-story building, without basement, with an extensively greened flat roof and a joint between both parts of the building. The hall area is 2-storey. The building dimensions are considerable and total approx. 74 meters in length and 55 meters in width.
On the first floor of the administrative wing there is a reception, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a bicycle storage room and a garage. The cafeteria is located in the joint between the administration and production tracts. The upper floors house offices, training rooms, sanitary facilities, a kitchen, archive and technical rooms, as well as a viewing platform from which views of the production area are offered. High hygiene standards must be met in all areas of cosmetics production.
An expressive dialog between function and aesthetics characterizes the "syNeo Cosmetics administration and production building". The stylish combination of sustainable construction, clear structure and high-quality working environments is impressive across the board. The consistent integration of high hygiene standards and the harmonious combination of administration and production make this project a powerful example of contemporary corporate architecture.

In the outdoor facilities, pleasant recreation areas are created for the employees' break times. In addition, there are car parking spaces and the delivery zone. The rest of the site adapts to the surroundings and adopts the image of the typical cultural landscape of the Swabian Alb. Fruit trees and wild meadows characterize the image.
