Two companies of the Kirchhoff Group opened a joint customer center in Gerlingen in summer 2015. The task consisted of planning and coordinating the construction project.

Both companies are among the "hidden champions" on the world markets in their respective special business fields. With similar customer bases, a joint service location in the Stuttgart metropolitan region offers advantages.
The location of the branch was chosen quite deliberately: Gerlingen is situated at a traffic junction northwest of Stuttgart in the immediate vicinity of two highways and a federal highway. In keeping with the customer orientation of service companies, the service center is now easy for customers to find.
The adjoining administrative wing allows short distances to offices and rooms for customer meetings. Together with a company from the steel construction industry, the specified metal construction concept including facades was convincingly implemented.
The newly built branch combines sales, consulting and service. The space program includes a large workshop with crane facility and wash hall as well as a storage area with products for customer service and shipping.
