Urban planning and architectural objectives
Thanks to its compact design, the fire station blends in well with its surroundings and reflects the industrial character of the area. It offers a functional layout with a flexible training yard and green spaces that can be used for events.
Draft
The building has two storeys and uses a pitched roof surface for PV systems. The pitched roof shape ensures good lighting and a pleasant room layout.

The arrangement of the building and fire station tower creates a courtyard situation that can be used for fire department parties and events, clearly visible from the terrace on the upper floor.

On the first floor, everyday firefighting operations are optimized, while flexible rooms and good lighting on the upper floor offer a high quality of stay. The rooms are well organized and offer direct access to important areas.
