Double award for innovative projects

Project "District administration office Goeppingen - renovation of a high-rise building"
We received our first award for the sustainable modernization of the district administration office in Goeppingen, which we realized together with kister scheithauer gross architekten. The high-rise was revitalized as a landmark and stands as a model for modern and sustainable construction. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the project was completed within budget and on time.

Rebranding of the GAUS brand
Our second award-winning project, the rebranding of the GAUS brand, received an ICONIC AWARD in the Communication - Corporate Design category. In collaboration with Hochburg, the brand identity was redesigned, inspired by Bauhaus and modern floor plans, which clearly reflects our philosophy: forward-looking architecture with the highest quality.

Award ceremony in front of an international jury of experts

Christian Gaus and Saskia Gaus-Mens accepted the awards at the EXPO REAL real estate trade fair. The German Design Council annually honors the best projects in architecture and design and is considered one of the leading seals of quality in the industry.

An unforgettable evening in Munich

In addition to the awards, the evening offered numerous opportunities for exchange and networking. Inspiring panels and discussions made the event at BMW Welt a special experience. The ICONIC AWARDS 2024 honored our projects, the district administration office Goeppingen and the rebranding of the GAUS brand. They symbolize our vision of sustainable, innovative and future-oriented architecture. We are delighted to celebrate this double success as Team and to continue on our path into the future.
