"Top Company 2024" - awarded for the third time in a row!

08:23h | It's still quiet in the office. To everyone who's already here:"Morning!" (why has "good morning" become a shortened "morning" as the standard greeting in our society? I don't know. I don't need to know either).

08:51h | A wet snout caresses my knee, big eyes look at me expectantly from below: Our office dogs on their daily greeting round.

09:28h | Cross-team review of our competition concept at the meeting table. I have to go.

10:44 a.m. | Our site manager arrives from his daily construction site appointment. It's his birthday today. The whole Team briefly interrupts work and everyone congratulates him. He has brought cake. Well done. Site managers are doers.

11:26h | The portafilter machine hums. The coffee here is better than at the bakery. Bad for the baker. Good for us.

11:33h | Deep work phase. I'm absorbed in it. Because what I do suits me. It suits my strengths.

12:54h | Lunch together with Team. Also known internally as the podcast round because the conversations are podcast-worthy.

13:33h | Short table tennis match before continuing. Unfortunately never won against Christian Gaus.

14:48h | Briefing for an on-site feasibility study at the building site. What do I like about our projects? We stand behind them. Building with attitude. I can contribute my creativity and take full responsibility.

16:56 | The second online seminar of the current construction law training course is about to start. I may not have studied law, but I still like the lawyer giving the course.

18:23h | I turn the car key. I drive ten minutes to the nearby gym. The membership is largely subsidized by Gaus Architekten . I clear my head here in the evening and keep fit. (Or process the cake from our site manager.)

By the way: in the Kununu ranking in the online magazine"Internet for Architects", we took first place among all planning offices in Germany.
