On November 21 and 22, 2024, the Climate Festival for the Building Transition took place in Berlin - an inspiring meeting place for all those who want to shape the future of the construction industry in a sustainable way. With over 100 speakers, 120 exhibitors and a diverse program, the event offered a unique platform for exchanging ideas and presenting innovative solutions

Impetus for a sustainable construction industry

‍Theconstruction industry is facing fundamental change, and the Climate Festival sent out a clear signal: Now is the time to act. Approaches for climate-friendly construction methods were presented in lectures, workshops and discussions - from the circular economy and sustainable building materials to artificial intelligence in architecture.

Inspiring lectures and visions

A special highlight was the joint presentation by Christian Gaus and Patric Kannberg (Object Carpet). Under the title "Modern, sustainable architecture for inspiring working environments", they showed how innovative concepts not only protect the environment, but also create spaces that inspire. Christian Gaus called out: "Let's take responsibility together and shape the building revolution with determination!"

A festival full of possibilities

‍Inaddition to the lectures, over 120 exhibitors presented pioneering products and technologies. The topics ranged from new raw material solutions to approaches for a completely recyclable construction industry. Numerous networking opportunities provided space for exchange and collaboration.

‍TheClimate Festival 2024 was a complete success and a strong signal for change in the construction industry. It showed that sustainable construction is not a dream of the future, but can already become reality - if all players take responsibility together.
