Moin Kiel! Gaus Architekten now has a seat in the north.

In the middle of the state capital Kiel

Since 01.10., one of our branches can be found in the Kiel city centre. In the coworking space "Fleet7" table to table with young founders, startups and innovative minds, we work on our architectural visions for northern Germany. Centrally located between some architectural offices and in the immediate vicinity of the University of Applied Sciences Kiel we have the best conditions to network and contribute our thoughts.

After winning the negotiation procedure for a day-care centre in KielDietrichsdorf, the journey to the north is a big but appropriate step.

But how do we get to Kiel?

Climate-friendly construction is a topic that unites us. As part of an exhibition of the Zero Waste Initiative, we were present with our lighthouse project fire station Tübingen-Lustnau – a fire brigade entirely in timber construction – already in Kiel on site.  

But even apart from that, northern Germany has been appealing to us for quite some time - so far, the majority of our projects are in the southern part of the country.

It won't be that way forever.

From mobile working at home to the new office

In addition to winning the negotiation process and the issuance of the Zero Waste Initiative, one of our employees went to the Zero Waste Initiative in August 2022. Kiel pulled. For a long time, she worked in the mobile office for Gaus Architekten, but with the new opportunities and possibilities, the new workplace in "Fleet7" is not only a development for our company.
