Building application with a commitment to sustainable construction at the Remchingen Children's and Youth Campus.
Starting signal for a sustainable campus
The building application for our planned children's and youth campus in Remchingen was symbolically signed in the wedding room of the Remchingen town hall, which is also an architecturally attractive building. And this is exactly the kind of project start we would like to see: Because together with the building application, Mayor Luca Prayon and office owner Christian Gaus also signed the Declaration of Sustainability.
The Sustainability Declaration is a voluntary, self-imposed commitment to sustainable construction, initiated by the DGNB. In this way, we commit ourselves to important sustainability goals together with the client in order to use the property as a further building block on the way to a climate-neutral building sector. The goals for the project in question are clearly defined.
A municipality as a pioneer
We are looking forward to the construction and would like to thank the municipality of Remchingen as well as Luca Prayon, who has been a strong supporter of the project from the beginning. Because the need in the community is real.
This is how every project can begin. Because in order to transform the building sector toward sustainability, we need not only willing architects, but also willing builders. And together we can go the distance.
