Urban planning approach:
Thedesign integrates harmoniously into the surroundings and forms a clear structural edge to Ravensburger Strasse. The sheltered campus opens up to new green spaces and neighboring schools, while striking architecture characterizes the location.
Architectural concept:
Thesite is divided into two areas: a technical campus for workshops and a green campus without traffic. The main building and workshops are characterized by functional design, complemented by attractive roof gardens and inner courtyards.
Open space design:
Thecampus combines nature and functionality with themed areas such as a school garden, an orchard, recreational areas and a sports park. Innovative measures such as rainwater management and intensive green roofs promote sustainability and biodiversity.
Development:
Safeaccess for pedestrians and cyclists is the focus, complemented by optimized public transport connections. A clear separation of pedestrian and vehicle areas ensures safety and clarity.
