1st rank and unanimous award decision for our residential quarter concept in Gingen

Awarded on the basis of the jury's recommendation

The local council in Gingen an der Fils has decided to award the planning and building contract for the residential quarter on Schulstrasse. Our winning concept from the concept award, in which several architectural firms submitted a concept in cooperation with investors, convinced the jury in particular with the high residential quality in the concept and the urban integration of the buildings in their surroundings.

Diverse living space for all generations

The quintessence of our concept: Diverse, forward-looking living space in a new development area through sustainable buildings and open, connecting outdoor facilities with a neighborhood square and public path network. The jury particularly liked the positioning and design of the individual buildings.

Both the chain house development along Schulstrasse and the two proposed multi-family buildings will create interesting urban spaces that blend harmoniously into the surrounding area in terms of grain.

Our concept envisions five buildings lined up along Schulstraße, each positioned offset from the others. In the south of the development area, on the other hand, the development diffuses into the adjacent outdoor areas. A detached residential park development, consisting of two multi-family houses, breaks up the residential area towards the residential street.
