Team Event 2026

Our team event began with a workshop at Perspektivwechsel – Mensch & Sport. Together, we explored the topics of mental strength, shifting perspectives, and teamwork. It was an exciting start that provided new food for thought and demonstrated how important communication, trust, and mutual support Team within Team .

Afterward, we visited our construction site at the Hetzenhof Golf Club. It’s always special to see the progress of a project together on-site—and the anticipation is building: The topping-out ceremony is coming up soon.

After that, we headed straight to the golf course. For many, it was their first round—which made having fun together and spending time with one another all the more important. Golf has a way of helping you slow down, and it was just the thing to clear our heads and enjoy the day together.

The day ended with a delicious BBQ on the terrace. Over good food and plenty of conversation, we had time to wind down the day together.

It was a successful day that showed that a strong Team not only through daily collaboration, but also through shared experiences, new perspectives, and interaction with one another.
