Topping-out ceremony: HIVE - Hub for Innovation, Vision and Execution

We were delighted to celebrate the topping-out ceremony of HIVE - Hub for Innovation, Vision and Execution together with numerous guests, neighbors, the Lord Mayor, the project initiators, planners and a dedicated team of craftsmen. A significant milestone for an extraordinary project that is shaping the future.

As an architecture firm, we are actively involved in the development of an open, modular and inspiring innovation space. In the heart of the former Böhringer site, a place for technological pioneering work, creative development and interdisciplinary exchange is being created - with a special focus on artificial intelligence.

The architectural concept is based on 22 upcycled shipping containers that create flexible spaces for research, prototyping and collaboration. A central marketplace with a cafeteria, meeting rooms and roof terraces invites dialog and creative interaction. The raw, honest design language underlines the industrial character of the location - a place that makes change visible.

We would like to thank everyone who has made this project possible. HIVE is creating a campus of the future that will provide impetus far beyond the region.
