On February 3, 2025, our residential and commercial building in Überlingen was honored at the award ceremony of the "Exemplary Building" award procedure for the Lake Constance district 2018-2024 at the RITZ in Friedrichshafen. Our project is one of the 26 award-winning properties from a total of 74 submissions that were recognized for their sustainable concepts, innovative solutions and design quality.

The competition is organized by the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects under the patronage of District Administrator Luca Wilhelm Prayon. The jury, chaired by Prof. Susanne Dürr, evaluated the projects according to criteria such as design, spatial development, practicality, use of materials, sustainability and urban integration.
