Reflect and develop

Take everyone along individually. Aligning self-image and self-image. Taking the individual with us and finding a common path to the future: This is the core of our personnel development meetings, which our office manager Saskia Gaus-Mens holds with every employee.

For this purpose, everyone will carry out a self-reflection based on various methods of analysis in the preparation, which will then be worked through and evaluated together.

My goal with the interviews is to align the self-image and external image of the individual employees, to come to eye level and to define a common development path for the future.

Effect through action

It is important to us not to penalize employees for weaknesses or mistakes - on the contrary, the focus is on identifying existing strengths and promoting them even further.

We ensure the impact of the talks through various measures:

This includes listening, because in the dialog, above all, the employees should reflect their perspective and feelings so that they can be picked up in their situation.

In response to the insights gained, we draw conclusions and agree on possible action steps, sometimes accompanied by individual coaching, on how to get closer to the development goal. This ensures that what has been discussed does not peter out.

And finally, we promote personal responsibility: Only those who want to lead the way can do so. We promote the willingness to learn and develop on one's own responsibility - both professionally and personally - by opening up opportunities for training, coaching or seminars and showing a willingness to accompany individual paths.

Every path is unique. Because every person is unique.
