We are pleased to announce that the AI campus "hive" in Goeppingen, designed by Gaus Architekten, has been awarded the German Design Award 2026. The project was named the winner in the Excellent Architecture – Architecture – Public category.

The future campus built on the former Boehringer site particularly impressed the jury with its transformation of the industrial site, the modular house-in-house principle, and the clear architectural approach that confidently combines the past and the future.
