What it means to us to build firehouses.
Special objects for safety
Every day in Germany, a fire department is called out 5,700 times.
The basis for this is provided by the approx. 35,000 fire stations that exist throughout Germany. In our office, we have been dealing with these objects for about 20 years: Since the first new fire station building, which was completed in 2005, we have already completely realized five new buildings and worked on many other extensions, conversions, site analyses or design concepts.

Always remember who you are building for.

In each of our projects, we pursue the approach of putting people at the center. Here, this means that we demand of ourselves to create optimal conditions for the comrades.
At the same time, our new fire department buildings demonstrate that public buildings such as fire stations can also be designed to be aesthetically pleasing as well as sustainable and energy-efficient without compromising on functionality and safety.

Together for your fire department construction project
For municipalities, the construction of a new fire station is often nothing less than a task of the century. Topics such as the increased requirements, future viability and flexibility of the fire department or aspects such as costs and sustainability of the new building become special - often (still) unknown - challenges.
All the more important is an experienced planning partner. Someone who knows architecture. And someone who knows the requirements and workflows of the fire department just as well as the processes and circumstances of a public client.
We have decades of experience in both. Our most recent property, the home of the volunteer fire department in Tübingen-Lustnau, thus became a lighthouse project of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

We support you: At the very beginning of planning, we are happy to provide a needs assessment, site analysis or feasibility study. And later with a mature draft - up to the successful realization. Come and talk to us - we offer you a free and non-binding consultation appointment. You can easily book it online.
When you build a fire department, you build on the safety of society - and on society itself. Let us accomplish this beautiful task together.
