A quarter of a century full of personality, vision and architectural passion

Today, we at Gaus Architekten are celebrating 25 years of exciting challenges, growth and successful projects! In 2000, Christian Gaus took over the office from his father Alois Gaus and continued to run it with a lot of heart and commitment. The beginnings were modest - in his parents' house - but even then it was clear that we were not just interested in buildings, but in architecture that meets people and their needs.

In 2006, we moved into our own office space, an important step in the further development of the office. In 2017, we moved to our current headquarters in the Böhringer Areal in Goeppingen - a location that perfectly reflects our philosophy.

It was a great journey, with many highs and a few lows. But we never lost sight of the essentials: Creating architecture that not only looks beautiful, but also works.

Since then, we have continued to grow and have opened offices in Stuttgart, Kiel, Rotterdam and Cannobio. Our philosophy of creating architecture that is both functional and aesthetically impressive remains our driving force.
