Project assistance (m/f/d) - focus on auditing

As a project assistant with a focus on auditing, you will support our Team in leading our projects to success efficiently and reliably. With your structured way of working and your eye for figures, you will play a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Your tasks
- Checking, processing and approving incoming invoices in close coordination with project management.
- Comparison of invoices with service specifications, contracts and project budgets.
- Communication with specialist planners, contractors and internal teams to clarify open items.
- Maintenance and management of project-related documents, documentation and deadlines.
- Supporting the project management with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Creation and tracking of release lists, payment overviews and internal reports.
- Close cooperation with accounting and controlling.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in auditing, preferably in the construction or architecture sector.
- Your way of working is structured, meticulous and characterized by an affinity for numbers.
- You are proficient in MS Office and ideally also have experience with project or accounting software (e.g. Orca).
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a Team.
