Content Creator - with a focus on video production, reels and graphic design (m/f/d)

• Editorial planning for our social media channels (primarily Instagram, but also Facebook, LinkedIn, X and possibly YouTube/Vimeo)
• Production of creative reels and videos that bring our brand to life and inspire our target groups
• Development of new creative formats
• Production of photo and video material for our public relations work
• Post-production: editing photos, videos and animations with professional software (including color correction and editing)
• Creating appealing graphics and designs that visually strengthen our brand (e.g. for social media, website and marketing materials)
• Close cooperation with Team Communication and Marketing to implement creative campaigns

• Completed training or studies in the field of communication design, media design, graphic design or a comparable qualification
• Sound experience in video production and social media content - especially with reels, Instagram stories and creative short videos
• Confident use of the necessary software tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Experience with the operation of professional cameras (in our case: Canon EOS R) - from shooting to post-production
• Ideally knowledge of flying drones and recording drone footage
• Creative mind with a good feel for visual aesthetics, storytelling and social media trends
• Fluent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage
