For our office in Goeppingen we are looking for an architect as a project manager (m/f/d) who plans, coordinates and realizes challenging construction projects together with us with experience, a sense of responsibility and a passion for architecture.
Your tasks
- Independent management and control of projects in all HOAI service phases
- Organization and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams, specialist planners and contractors
- Communication with clients, authorities and project participants
- Quality assurance, schedule and cost control in the planning and construction process
- Active involvement in the design, planning and implementation of exciting and challenging construction projects
Your profile
- Completed degree in architecture
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a managerial role or with project responsibility
- Experience in public buildings such as fire departments or educational buildings is an advantage
- Confident handling of common planning software (e.g. Vectorworks, Orca) and Mac OS
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Strong technical understanding, organizational talent and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
