Your tasks
- Preparation of bills of quantities
- Cost control during the award phase
- Preparation of tender documents including contract documents and tender documents
- Evaluation of offers and support in decision making
- Assistance with contract negotiations
- Monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality during construction
- Invoice verification, documentation, acceptance and handover of the construction project
- Close cooperation with clients, specialist planners and internal project teams
Your profile
- You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in service phases 6 to 8 according to HOAI
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legal requirements (e.g. VOB, HOAI)
- Confident handling of common tendering software (e.g. ORCA AVA)
- Strong cost awareness and negotiating skills are your strengths
- You present a professional appearance to customers, service providers and business partners
- Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
