Project Manager (m/f/d) Architecture - 5-7 years of professional experience - Location Goeppingen

You take on a central role and manage challenging projects:

• Independent management and control of projects in all HOAI service phases (1-9)
• Coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams, specialist planners and contractors
• Professional communication with clients, authorities and project participants
• Schedule, cost and quality control in the planning and construction process
• Professional leadership and guidance of junior architects in the project team
• Ensuring quality standards and efficient task distribution within the team
• Active involvement in the design, planning and implementation of architecturally demanding projects

You are convincing both professionally and personally and have the necessary sense of responsibility for complex projects:

• Degree in architecture and registered member of the Chamber of Architects
• At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in managing challenging construction projects, ideally with a focus on complex construction projects in the public sector
• Confident handling of common planning programs (e.g. Vectorworks, Orca AVA) and Mac OS
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong technical understanding, organizational talent and strong communication skills
• Experience in leading small project teams and motivation to take on a responsible leadership role
• Very good written and spoken German (C2 / mother tongue)
