You’ll successfully manage projects from the bidding phase through to completion, while keeping a close eye on quality, costs, and deadlines. We Team an experienced professional to join our Team —someone with a passion for architecture and a love for bringing challenging projects to life.
Your tasks
You take on a central role and manage challenging projects:
- Bidding, Contract Award, and Cost Management
- Coordination of specialized planners and contractors
- Construction Management and Quality Assurance on the Construction Site
- Schedule, Cost, and Contract Management
- Independent management of challenging projects
Your profile
You are convincing both professionally and personally and have the necessary sense of responsibility for complex projects:
- Registered with AKBW
- Several years of professional experience in service phases 6–8
- Proper Application of the HOAI and VOB
- Experience in preparing requests for proposals and awarding contracts
- Very good knowledge of ORCA AVA
- Confident Management of Cost and Budget Control
- Experience in construction management and project supervision
- Project management and coordination experience
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
