Your tasks
- Identification, Analysis, and Evaluation of Competitive Bidding, VgV, and Procurement Procedures
- Independently managing and processing applications for participation and job applications
- Coordination of all required documents, references, and supporting evidence
- Establishing and maintaining networks of planning partners for master planning processes
- Strategic support for ongoing business development processes
- Preparing for Negotiations and Presentations
- Maintenance and Further Development of Our Reference and Project Databases
- Primary point of contact for procurement procedures within the office
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of procurement procedures, project acquisition, or competition management
- In-depth knowledge of public procurement law, as well as VgV and EU-wide procedures
- Experience with master planning and interdisciplinary competitive design processes
- A high degree of initiative and a passion for finding solutions and developing opportunities
- A structured, reliable, and independent approach to work
- Confidently managing complex deadlines, requirements, and parallel processes
- Very familiar with all online platforms
