Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO - Finance, HR, PR & Interior Design (m/f/d)

As our extended arm, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly - whether in everyday office life, organizing meetings or optimizing internal processes. Your tasks
- Assistant to the CEO & office organization: You support the CEO in day-to-day business, strategic decisions and ensure that the office runs smoothly.
- Financial management & controlling: You take care of contract management and all administrative financial issues that ensure smooth operations.
- Human Resources & HR Administration: You take care of personnel administration, are the contact person for employees and support us in recruiting.
- Public Relations (PR) & Event Management: You will work with our CEO on brand communication, support the maintenance of social media channels and organize events.
- Interior architecture & design management: You will help with design projects, assist with material research and coordinate between architects, customers and suppliers.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally in an architecture firm or design company.
- You are a real all-rounder with a very good feel for organization, finance and HR processes.
- Your German language skills are perfect, you also have a good command of English and Italian is a bonus.
- You are absolutely discreet, work independently and maintain an overview in every situation.
- You have good IT skills and a high affinity for processes and structures.
