Your tasks
- Supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations
- Reception and support of customers and business partners
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of appointments, meetings and business trips
- Proactive reminder of deadlines, tasks and upcoming to-dos
- General office organization and administrative tasks
- Correspondence with customers, partners and service providers
- Preparation and follow-up of presentations and meeting documents
- Research and preparatory work for projects and internal topics
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of German and business fluent in written and spoken English
- Several years of experience as an assistant, ideally in an architectural office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, friendly and confident demeanor
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Confident handling of common IT programs and a high affinity for processes and structures
- Reliability, discretion and a high sense of responsibility
