You lay the foundation for our success. With your commitment and meticulous way of working, you create the foundation for our future projects. Your main task will be to successfully promote our office for competitions and negotiation procedures and thus make a significant contribution to the acquisition of new contracts. You already have experience in participating in general planning projects and are very familiar with VgV procedures.
Your tasks
- Identification of potentially interesting competition and negotiation procedures and close coordination with the management for decision-making.
- The timely preparation and upload of the relevant applications and participation documents.
- Coordination and maintenance of contacts with the necessary planning partners.
- Supervision of the procedures as the centralcontact personin our company.
- Preparation and creation of presentations for negotiation meetings.
- Maintaining and updating our reference database and the overview lists of ongoing proceedings.
Your profile
- You have a degree in architecture or commercial training with professional experience in the architecture sector.
- You are talented at presenting content in a graphically appealing and convincing way.
- Writing texts is easy for you.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Your way of working is structured, organized and conscientious.
- You are resilient and can reliably meet deadlines even under time pressure.
- You speak and write fluent German and have a good command of English.
