We are looking for a committed and creative BIM expert (m/f/d) to further develop our standards and implement innovative solutions in the field of Building Information Modeling. Become part of our team and actively drive digitalization in the construction industry!

Your tasks

  • Develop and optimize internal BIM standards: Create clear structures and ensure efficiency and quality in our projects.
  • Creation and updating of guidelines and methods: Develop helpful tools and best practices for the smooth implementation of BIM.
  • Development of BIM-compliant building models: Support and advise our specialist planners in modelling and optimize their work processes.
  • Model quality management: Ensure that our models meet the highest standards and carry out regular quality checks.
  • Coordinate the exchange of data and information: Maintain an overview and ensure effective collaboration between all project participants.
  • Training and support: Accompany and support our draftsman trainees on their way to becoming BIM professionals.
  • Visualizations and 3D models: Create impressive graphical representations that bring our projects to life.

Your profile

  • Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of architecture, civil engineering or building services engineering
  • Sound knowledge of BIM software (e.g. Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks) and a good understanding of construction processes
  • Experience in the development of BIM standards and guidelines
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working and an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
  • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and digital processes
