Your tasks
During your training, you will learn about all the commercial and organizational processes involved in running an architecture firm. You will be right in the thick of things, rather than just observing, and will gradually take on more responsibility.
- Communication and coordination with tradespeople, specialist planners, and project participants
- Professional telephony and forwarding of inquiries
- Welcoming and assisting our guests, builders, and project partners
- Organization of appointments, meetings, and project workflows
- Professional calendar and appointment management
- Support in project controlling and office organization
- Assistance in accounting (invoice verification, preparatory accounting, cost overviews)
- Quotations and invoicing in accordance with HOAI
- Maintenance of project documents and documentation
- Procurement of office supplies and organization of internal processes
- Support with presentations and competition documents
Your profile
- Successful completion of high school diploma
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Organizational skills and structured approach to work
- Very friendly, confident manner
- Openness, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and service-oriented actions and thinking
- Motivation and passion to be part of our work - we shape building culture; built environment of tomorrow
- Interest in architecture, planning, and social responsibility
- Confident use of common computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, etc., ideally in a macOS environment
