To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architect for service phases 5–8 who wants to take on responsibility and develop their skills.
Your tasks
- Independent handling of projects in service phases 5–8 (HOAI) – from implementation planning to tendering/contract awarding to construction supervision
- Coordination with specialist planners, builders, and contractors
- Ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality throughout the entire construction process
- Involvement in technical details, documentation, and project documentation
- Active Team responsibility for project results
Your profile
- You have a degree in architecture and are registered with the Chamber of Architects.
- Several years of professional experience in service phases 5-8
- You are well acquainted with the relevant legal requirements (e.g. VOB, HOAI)
- You are confident in using common tendering software (ORCA AVA)
- Strong cost awareness and negotiation skills are your strengths
- You present a professional appearance to customers, service providers and business partners
- Very secure knowledge of German
