Architect for service phases 5-8 (m/f/d) - Location: Goeppingen

• Independent handling and management of projects in service phases 5–8 (HOAI) – from implementation planning to tendering/contract award to construction supervision
• Preparation, review, and coordination of implementation and detailed plans
• Coordination with specialist planners, builders, and contractors
• Preparation and implementation of tendering procedures, evaluation of bids, and participation in contract negotiations
• Ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality targets are met throughout the entire construction process
• Site presence with regular site inspections, coordination, and construction management
• Involvement in technical details and ongoing project documentation
• Active Team responsibility for the successful implementation of projects

• Completed architecture degree and registration with the Chamber of Architects
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in service phases 5-8
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (VOB, HOAI, DIN, building regulations)
• Confident use of CAD software (VectorWorks), common tendering software (ORCA AVA), and Office tools
• Experience in dealing with service specifications, cost estimates, and scheduling
• Strong technical understanding, good attention to detail, and a structured approach to work Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and confident manner when dealing with project participants
• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and enjoyment in realizing challenging construction projects
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
